How we rank providers

The same four criteria apply to every peptide list on this site.

Clinical oversight

Who reviews the intake, whether the visit is asynchronous or live, and whether a licensed provider stays reachable afterward. Programs requiring bloodwork score higher on rigor and lower on speed.

Product quality

Whether the pharmacy is U.S. licensed, whether third-party testing for potency, sterility, and endotoxicity is documented, and whether the concentration and vial size are published at all.

Patient experience

Shipping speed, refill handling, how easy it is to pause or cancel, and how clearly the program explains what arrives at the door.

Overall value

Total monthly cost including membership fees, lab fees, and consultation charges, not the headline price. A low advertised rate with a required membership often costs more.

How peptide telehealth works

  1. 1

    Choose a protocol

Pick the peptide that matches what you are trying to improve, or start from the outcome and work backward.

  2. 2

    Complete a 5-minute free visit

An online health assessment covering symptoms, history, and goals. Most programs require no bloodwork to begin.

  3. 3

    Licensed provider review

A licensed provider reads your intake and determines whether treatment is appropriate for you.

  4. 4

    Compounded and delivered

If prescribed, your treatment is prepared by a U.S. licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to your door, with refills on a schedule you control.

Five things to check before you order peptides online

The gap between a licensed telehealth program and a research chemical vendor is not always obvious from the website.

  • It requires a prescription. If you can add a vial to a cart and check out without a provider reviewing anything, you are not buying a prescription medication.

  • The pharmacy is U.S. licensed. Look for a state-licensed 503A pharmacy or an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Very few providers name theirs, so vague wording is worth a question before you order.

  • The dose is published. Of the 26 providers we verified, only nine publish a concentration or vial size. Knowing what arrives is the difference between comparing prices and guessing.

  • You know the total monthly cost. Add the membership fee, the lab fee, and the consultation fee to the advertised price before comparing anything.

  • It ships to your state. Telehealth licensure is state by state. A few providers publish exclusions, most do not, and some require a live video visit in specific states.

Products labeled "for research use only" are not intended for human use and are not dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. This site does not compare them.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The peptides compared on this site are prescription medications, dispensed only after a licensed provider reviews your health history and determines treatment is appropriate.
